Room 1

This is our largest room and on the ground floor with a patio door onto the grounds, and has its own private entrance from the drive. The theme of the decor is oriental and the bathroom boasts a corner bath with shower over. Laminate flooring and rugs complete the feeling of a luxurious home from home. It can be made up with twin beds or a super king-size double. This room costs £75 in total per night (£37.50 per person) including breakfast.

Room 2

Room 2 is upstairs and reached via a private entrance and staircase. It overlooks the garden and the drive, with ensuite facilities including bath with shower over. This is the most economical of the three rooms at £60 in total (£30 per person per night) and is available at £45 per night (including breakfast) for single occupancy. It is ideal for single occupancy or a short stay for two. The room can be presented with twin beds or a large double.

Room 3

Room 3, also accessed by a private entrance, can be a twin or king sized double. It is on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. This room also has a door accessing the main house. This access can be made available at breakfast time if there are problems with mobility. The rate for this room is £65 in total per night (£32.50 per person for double occupancy). This includes breakfast.

For all guests breakfast is served in the large conservatory overlooking the garden. There are separate tables and there is a choice of breakfast menu.
